It's a SPUI interchange and the first in the city. The lights were green and lit up in succession for the turn lanes. It was really neat to see. Unfortunately, planners never thought about the sand we use in the winter. The sand packed into the lights and they never really worked after the first winter. The lights were removed about a year ago in a resurfacing project.Ryanhttp://r-dub.usnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5810429.post-4007496706092411292007-05-22T18:26:29.005-06:002007-05-22T18:26:29.005-06:00Interesting. The amber ones flashing on the crosswalks were really impressive after dark.Randynoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5810429.post-68653402327852016462007-05-25T06:52:19.470-06:002007-05-25T06:52:19.470-06:00I did find it amazing that The Springs was #2 on t...I did find it amazing that The Springs was #2 on that list. The company has a spec sheet up at their
site. It goes for about $200 on Amazon for the 12GB model. Yeah, the storage isn't as much as the ones you're looking at, but there's some other features I like that this player does that others have not:
-On the fly playlists.
-DJ mode where the player can choose from recently loaded, music you haven't listened to in x amount of days, genre, random for x minutes, and others
-Fully customizable five band parametric equalizer
-It shows as a hard disk in the Windows environment
-It handles pretty much all types of DRM's out there right now
-Insane (~18 hours) battery life.

I used to have the Rio Karma, this player's predecessor, and I was spoiled. Yet stars and galaxies do "die" if you will. Anthropomorphism? Perhaps a little. However, any sentient beings in the path of such an event are far more than inanimate matter. But an impersonal universe has no rewards and punishments.Randynoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5810429.post-279512356849661742007-12-27T11:11:00.000-07:002007-12-27T11:11:00.000-07:00Randy,Can I get an "amen!" ;-)Great obse...Randy,

Can I get an "amen!" ;-)

Great observation, and interesting post.
